Reissue a Certificate

To reissue a server certificate:

1. Click (Menu) button.
2. Navigate to Inventory > Certificate.
3. The Certificate screen opens.
3. Click the Server or Client or Device tab, depending on the type of certificate you want to reissue.
4. On the list that appears on the screen, click Common name of the certificate you want to reissue.
5. The certificate topology appears on the screen.
5. Hover over icon in the certificate on the topology and click Reissue option.

6. Depending on the type of certificate you are reissuing, the Reissue screen might appear.
7. Click Reissue button.
8. On the Reissue screen that pops up, enter the reason and comments and click Yes.
9. After the Reissue button is clicked, a request ID and work order ID are generated automatically and the work order status is displayed beside the certificate on the topological view. 
9. Click Approve button to approve the reissue request. 
10. On the Approve screen that pops up:
    • Click On or Off button in the Manual Implementation field to choose the mode of implementation.
    • If you select Off, set the date and time that you want the cert reissue approval to occur.
    • Enter comments to approve the reissue, then click Yes.
11. The work order status is displayed beside the connector.
12. Click (Refresh) icon on the holistic view to refresh the screen.
13. The work order status is displayed beside the certificate.
13. Click Implement button to implement the renew request.  
    
14. On the screen that pops up:
    • Click On or Off button in the Manual Implementation field to choose the mode of implementation..
    • If you select Off, set the date and time that you want the cert reissue implementation to occur.
    • Enter comments to approve the reissue, then click Yes.
15. Click  (Refresh) icon on the command bar until the topology updates.
16. After the reissue action is completed, the status updates to Completed.
